Riga, Latvia-Reach bit.LY today releases its first product, coincided with the announcement that he raised the first round of seed funding for business.

A service that the company is today debuting a young Web platform that provides hotels with the curator of the Twitter stream and direct conversation tool, so that they can touch base with potential visitors in real time.
